Saturday, March 15: Hempstead High School standout Gracelyn Kemp’s college team loses to Southern Illinois Salukis

On Saturday, March 15, former Hempstead High School standout Gracelyn Kemp’s current college team, the Illinois State Redbirds, lost 3-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Southern Illinois Salukis.

The game took place at Charlotte West Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Salukis this season.

The Redbirds’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 16 at 12 p.m. at Charlotte West Stadium against Southern Illinois Salukis.
