Sunday, March 2: Bellevue High School standout Maci Smythe’s college team loses to Bridgeport Purple Knights

On Sunday, March 2, former Bellevue High School standout Maci Smythe’s current college team, the Walsh Cavaliers, lost 8-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Bridgeport Purple Knights.

The game took place at Seaside Park Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Purple Knights this season.

The Cavaliers’ next game is scheduled for Monday, March 3 at 4:45 p.m. at USSSA Space Coast Complex against Nova Southeastern Sharks.
