On Friday, April 4, four former Hempstead High School standouts, including Cade Reisner, George Sherlock, Justin Potts and Ozzie Bakken’s current college team, the Dubuque Spartans, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Nebraska Wesleyan Prairie Wolves.

The game took place at NWU Field. This was their first matchup against the Prairie Wolves this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 1 p.m. at NWU Field against Nebraska Wesleyan Prairie Wolves.
