On Friday, March 14, former Hempstead High School standout Lydia Ettema’s current college team, the DePaul Blue Demons, lost 15-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Seton Hall Pirates.

The game took place at Cacciatore Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Pirates this season.

The Blue Demons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 11 a.m. at Cacciatore Stadium against Seton Hall Pirates.
