On Sunday, March 2, former Hempstead High School standout Logan Runde’s current college team, the FIU Golden Panthers, won 18-10 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Merrimack Warriors.

The game took place at FIU Baseball Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Warriors this season.

The Golden Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 12 a.m. at FIU Baseball Stadium against Miami Hurricanes.
