Hempstead High School standout Zach Sabers’ college team won in NCAA Division I baseball game on Tuesday, Feb. 18

On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former Hempstead High School standout Zach Sabers’ current college team, the Campbell Fighting Camels, won 3-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the East Carolina Pirates.

The game took place at Jim Perry Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Pirates this season.

The Fighting Camels’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 5 p.m. at Jim Perry Stadium against Rider Broncs.
