Former Hempstead High School player and current Wartburg Knights utility player, Kaylie Springer, will compete in the NCAA D3 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number two seed against the third seeded Illinois Wesleyan Titans.

The first game is on Thursday, May 16.
