Brought to you by Regional Medical Center Auxiliary
Assisting area students pursuing an education in the human medical field is very important to the Regional Medical Center (RMC) Auxiliary. Every year, three $750 scholarships are awarded.
Anyone pursuing or continuing their education in the healthcare field at an Iowa College should visit regmedctr.org/auxiliaryscholarship to review eligibility requirements and apply. This includes area high school seniors, students in post-secondary education, and those currently in the workforce who have enrolled and been accepted in a human medical field of study at an Iowa College for the 2023-2024 year. Completed applications and references must be postmarked by February 28, 2023.
“It is very important to continue to encourage and help students entering the medical field,” shared Pat Blakesley, Auxiliary Tree of Lights/Scholarship Committee Chairperson. “Seeing past scholarship recipients continue on to lead successful healthcare careers, some in our own community at Regional Medical Center, is very rewarding.”
The RMC Auxiliary expresses their appreciation for all who donate to the Tree of Lights, which help to fund these annual scholarships. If you are interested in donating or learning more about the Tree of Lights, visit regmedct.org/treeoflights.
