Event Description:
During this six-week course we will go into the proper way to breathe, Different types of Meditation, the History of Meditation, posture, and experience a number of Guided meditations in class to help you start a healthy Meditation Practice. All Materials are provided for the Course. Book, Journal, and Tools to help along the way. Cost is $200 for a 6-week course, classes last 90 to 120 minutes (1.5-2 hours) we will meet every Sunday at 4pm at Higher-Self Holistics.
