Census Bureau: More men than women in Miles in 2020

Of the 388 people living in Miles in 2020, 47.2 percent (183) were women and 52.8 percent (205) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Dubuque Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 22. In the 65 and over age range, there were 49 females and 41 males.
