Previously, Kirchner spent eight years as public relations manager at Marvin Windows and Doors, leading the company’s public affairs and corporate communications efforts. Before that, he was the political director for the Minnesota Republican Party.

Kirchner received his B.A. in political science from St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota, and now resides in Edina, Minnesota.
