Maquoketa Area Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.
Become a SHIIP / SMP volunteer for Jackson County! Our trained volunteers assist thousands of Iowans each year to understand their Medicare options and fight Medicare fraud through FREE individual counseling sessions, community education, special projects and making connections in their communities.
We are looking for counselors to help with these sessions and office assistants in our Jackson County Regional Health Center office site for SHIIP Volunteers.
