2021: Cascade experienced a 3.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Cascade fell by $5,050 while total sales decreased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,950 - a 3.2% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Cascade in 2020.

The median sales tax in Cascade for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,052, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for 2021.
