Rising home prices in Dubuque in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Dubuque rose by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 16.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 256 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 6.8% increase over the $154,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 306 homes sold in Dubuque in the fourth quarter of 2020.
