Regional Family Health in Manchester will be holding MODERNA BOOST (Ages 18+) COVID-19 Vaccine Walk-In Clinics on Tuesdays through January 25, 2022 from 5-6PM. Clinics will be held at Regional Family Health in Manchester at 709 West Main Street (Park in Lot 4, Use Entrance G).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- These clinics are ONLY for MODERNA BOOST (Ages 18+).
- You do not need an appointment.
- Please do not arrive early.
- Save some time and visit regmedctr.org/covid-vaccine-consent to complete the consent form prior to the vaccine clinic.
