University of Dubuque recently issued the following announcement.
The University of Dubuque wrestling team is hosting the UD Jim Fox Invite on Saturday, Nov. 13 starting at 10 a.m. in Stoltz Sports Center and McCormick Gymnasium. Teams expected to attend: Augsburg University, University of Chicago, University of Dubuque, and Nebraska Wesleyan University.
Matches will be held on four mats with Gold Division on Mat #1 and Mat #2 being in Stoltz Sports Center and the Silver Division on Mat #3 and Mat #4 in McCormick Gymnasium. Matches: 3-2-2 in length, all NCAA rules will be followed. This is not an open tournament; all wrestlers must meet NCAA eligibility and be a participating active member of your roster. Placement matches to top 6 per weight. No official team scores kept. Two divisions (Silver: freshmen only and Gold: sophomores to seniors).
Tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for senior citizens, and $3 for students. COVID-19 Protocols - University of Dubuque strongly recommends face coverings for fans.
