City of Maquoketa recently issued the following announcement.
A BOIL ADVISORY will be effective immediately once water is restored to the areas affected by the water outage in the E. Platt and Fawn Brook Estates area. The advisory will remain in place until at least one set of bacteria samples have been completed confirming that the water meets all regulatory standards.
The City will continue to provide updates as information is received.
