Walk-in COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic 08-25-21

Regional Medical Center issued the following announcement on August 19.

Delaware County Public Health will be holding a Walk-In COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on Wednesday, August 25th from 1-4PM in the Regional Medical Center Veterans Education Center, located on Level 3. No appointment is needed. Please park in LOT 1 and use Entrance B. Masks are required. Those receiving their first dose on August 25th will receive their second dose on September 15th at the same location and time.

The Pfizer vaccine will be administered at this clinic. Anyone age 12 or older is eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian with them.

Visit regmedctr.org/covid-vaccine-consent-form to complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Consent Form ahead of time. Be sure to bring this completed and signed form with you.

NOTE: The 2nd dose of the Pfizer vaccine for those who received their 1st dose on August 4th or earlier will also be administered during this clinic. If you are receiving your 2nd dose of the vaccine, please be sure to bring your vaccination card. If you have any questions, please contact Delaware County Public Health at 563-927-7551.
