Delaware County Public Health will be holding a Walk-In COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on Friday, August 20th from 12-4PM in the Regional Medical Center Veterans Education Education Center, located on Level 3. No appointment is needed.
The Pfizer vaccine will be administered at this clinic. Anyone age 12 or older is eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian with them.
Visit regmedctr.org/covid-vaccine-consent-form to complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Consent Form ahead of time. Be sure to bring this completed and signed form with you. Please park in LOT 1 and use Entrance B. Masks are required.
NOTE: The 2nd dose of the Pfizer vaccine will also be administered during this clinic. If you are receiving your second dose of the vaccine please be sure to bring your vaccination card. If you have any questions, please contact Delaware County Public Health at 563-927-7551.
