On July 13, Hartig Realty IV LC sold their commercial property at 2230 Central Ave., Dubuque to Fitzgerald Enterprizes LLC for $235,000.

This commercial property last sold on May 27, 2004 for $200,000.

So far in July 2021, 53 properties sold in Dubuque.

According to the Iowa Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 2230 Central Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jeremy J. Billeb, 42, and Rachel M. Billeb, 41.
