The first half of 2021: Cascade experienced a 7.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Cascade fell by $11,550 while total sales decreased by 36.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,450 - a 7.2% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Cascade in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Cascade for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,052, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
