Asbury home prices fell in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Asbury fell by $92,450 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 28.2% decrease over the $327,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Asbury in May 2020.
