Peosta home prices rose in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Peosta rose by $13,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 5% increase over the $262,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Peosta in the first quarter of 2020, as well.
