Happy Joe's New Year's Eve Kidz Balloon Pop

Event Description:
Join us on Dec. 31 at Happy Joe's Pizza & Ice Cream - Maquoketa for the Great New Year’s Eve Kids Balloon Pop on New Year’s Eve! Every hour from noon-8 p.m. we’ll be choosing a lucky child to pop a balloon for a prize in our dining room. One lucky winner will win Happy Joe’s Ice Cream for a year!
We’ll be playing games throughout the day, and we’ll serve cookies and milk for our big New Year’s countdown every hour on the hour from noon-8 p.m.
