The City of Dubuque's Housing and Community Development Department Purchase of Services Grant Program, which aims to fund local human services programs, is now accepting applications until Tuesday, Nov. 10.
According to an Oct. 13 press release from the City of Dubuque, the grant program offers resources to the city's human services programs that sustain Dubuque's objectives, priorities and goals, including nonprofits and faith-based institutions that offer year-round human services.
The amount of available funds for the Purchase of Services Grant Program is determined annually during the city council's budget work sessions. Dubuque's fiscal year 2020-2021 budget contains $100,000 in allocated funds for the program.
