Peosta home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Peosta fell by $32,250 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,500 - a 12.9% decrease over the $249,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Peosta in the third quarter of 2019.
