The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Abby Finkenauer, Finkenauer for Congress, refunded $2,200 to Barbara Schiffrin on February 3, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Finkenauer for Congress refunded $6,125 total since September 1, 2019.
