Sometimes what we need most is a group of people to support us when we are trying to get healthy. This event is for those of us who need that group to encourage us to be healthier in mind, body, and spirit! We meet each week for about 45 minutes to an hour to share ideas, struggles, accomplishments, etc. in our own journeys to better health.
