Asbury home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Asbury rose by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 19%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 1.2% increase over the $257,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 105 homes sold in Asbury in 2018.
