Farley home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Farley rose by $43,000 while total sales decreased by 8.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,000 - a 33.1% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Farley in 2016.
