New Vienna home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in New Vienna fell by $9,300 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,450 - a 7.8% decrease over the $119,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in New Vienna in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in New Vienna for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,902, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
