Farley home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Farley fell by $25,550 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,950 - a 14.6% decrease over the $175,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Farley in the second half of 2017.
