Asbury home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Asbury fell by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 41.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,000 - a 11.6% decrease over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Asbury in March 2016.
