Asbury home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Asbury rose by $116,400 while total sales increased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $248,900 - a 87.8% increase over the $132,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Asbury in July 2016.
