Asbury home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Asbury fell by $24,950 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $211,750 - a 10.5% decrease over the $236,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Asbury in November 2017.
