Asbury home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Asbury fell by $21,750 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $318,250 - a 6.4% decrease over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Asbury in February 2018.
