Regional Medical Center recently issued the following announcement.

Aidan Bailey, owner of Mr. Smiley’s Creations, provided a generous donation to the Regional Medical Center (RMC) Parents as Teachers (PAT) program. The donation included children’s pillows, pillow cases and Valentine’s Day outfits. These items will be shared with families and children enrolled in the PAT program throughout Delaware County.

Mr. Smiley’s Creations is based out of Edgewood, Iowa and offers handmade items for sale. Through the money he makes from his sales, Mr. Smiley strives to help others. Please take a moment to look up his creations on his Facebook page, Mr. Smiley’s Creations. As Aidan always says, “Today is a good day to make someone smile!”

RMC Parents as Teachers provides support and education to foster Delaware County children’s language, intellectual, social, and motor skill development. PAT is a free, voluntary program that works with families with children (prenatal through kindergarten ages) and is currently accepting referrals. Please call the PAT office at 563-927-7551 for more information.
