Big Rock Team Leadership: Learning to work together again. Session III: Team Collaborating – working with teammates who are different from me.

Most of the time you don’t get to pick your team, and even if you do – does a wise leader pick a team where everyone is the same? How can teams learn to work together when there are so many differences? And what part do I play in this? Join us for some practical methods of collaboration and barriers to look out for.

The speaking series will feature John Maxwell certified leadership speaker, trainer and coach, Troy Vande Lune. His leadership speaking series titled, “Big Rock Team Leadership: Learning to work together again” is founded on the idea that personal growth leads to increased capacity to lead. You can find out more at his website, www.bigrockleader.com.
