This is a regular, public meeting of the Dubuque City Council.
The agenda and related materials will be posted to www.cityofdubuque.org/agendas at 9 a.m. on the preceding Friday.
This is a public meeting. This meeting will also be aired live on CityChannel Dubuque (Mediacom cable channels 8 and 117.2) and streamed live at www.cityofdubuque.org/livestream and on the City’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/cityofdubuque.
The public can provide input during sections of the agenda where public input is accepted.
Options for providing public input include
1.) Attending the meeting in person in City Council Chambers. Please review the public input guidelines in City Council Chambers and follow any directions given by City staff.
2.) Joining the meeting using your computer, smartphone, or tablet using the GoToMeeting link (www.cityofdubuque.org/virtualmeeting), phone numbers, and access code provided in the meeting agenda.
Indicate which item you would like to speak to in the chat function or note you’d like to speak when the phone lines are unmuted.
All comments must be accompanied by a name and address.
