The Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce a new benefit for our member organizations and the financial advisor community. Starting on October 1st, we will begin marketing the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce Multiple Employer Aggregation Program (MEAP). This program is designed to help small businesses in our community offer a 401(k) plan to their employees in a cost-competitive structure with fiduciary protection and administrative efficiencies.
As a Chamber member and financial advisor, the best part is that you can offer this program to any new or existing clients. The program is designed to save you time supporting small businesses and their employees while helping them offer a benefit designed to attract and retain talented employees in a challenging labor market.
