The newest exhibit at the University of Dubuque’s Bisignano Art Gallery will give patrons a hint of spring. “Hint of Spring: Photos by Chuck Isenhart, Gerald Podraza, and Debra Runkle” is free and open to the public through Friday, January 27, 2023, in Heritage Center, 2255 Bennett Street.

“These three artists are clearly all about surprise in detail, color, and focus. They seem to leave little to chance. We can’t escape their vision,” said Alan Garfield, MA, director of the art gallery.

A free pre-show reception for “Hint of Spring: Photos by Chuck Isenhart, Gerald Podraza, and Debra Runkle” will be held Friday, January 13, 2023, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. in the art gallery. The pre-show reception will take place in conjunction with The Magic of Bill Blagg LIVE, which will begin at 7:30 p.m. Friday, January 13, 2023, in John and Alice Butler Hall, Heritage Center. For more information or to purchase tickets to the performance, please visit www.dbq.edu/HeritageCenter.

A brochure that accompanies “Hint of Spring: Photos by Chuck Isenhart, Gerald Podraza, and Debra Runkle” was funded by a gallery grant given by Bill (C’68) and Judith (C’67) Crandall.

Gallery hours are noon to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday during the academic year. The art gallery is also open in conjunction with all major events in John and Alice Butler Hall, Heritage Center.

“Hint of Spring: Photos by Chuck Isenhart, Gerald Podraza, and Debra Runkle” is also available virtually at http://gallery.dbq.edu.
